Can You Cancel Your Order?

You can cancel your order only if it hasn’t been processed or shipped yet. If it's still early in the system, you’re good to go.

Customized or personalized items can’t be canceled once production begins.

If your order has already been packed or handed over to the delivery team, cancellation won’t be possible. But don’t worry—we’ll still explore other solutions if we can.

When to Request a Cancellation

To cancel successfully:
 

Make sure to send your request before we start packing or shipping your order.

Once shipping starts, we can’t stop the process.

During busy times (like festive sales or holiday seasons), the cancellation window might be shorter. Any changes to this will be mentioned at checkout.

What Happens After Cancellation?

Once your cancellation request is approved:
 

  • Your refund will be processed back to your original payment method
  • It usually takes 5–7 business days for the amount to reflect, depending on your bank or provider
  • You’ll also receive an email from us confirming that your refund has been initiated
  • If it takes longer than expected, just drop us a message—we’ll follow up for you.

When Cancellation Isn’t Possible

We’re unable to cancel orders in the following situations:
 

  • If your order is already packed or dispatched
  • If the product is marked final sale or non-cancellable during checkout
